Default Hmm How ODDometer...

My Odometer has stopped working, the trip meter keeps rolling. Anyone know what could be wrong with it?

Cheers mate

It's doing my head in, i've had the dash apart and the cable still turns.

Are they run by the speedo cable or a sepereate sender?

I has this on my 93WRX. I acually lost a few miles when I went up to the lake district and back

As mentioned above the cogs had slightly come apart on the milometer chaft.
Due to a bit of slack on the circlip.
I think this was as a result of the importer resetting the mileage to miles from kilometers when I bought it.

I think I just bent the circlip or tightented something, was about 8 years ago though....
