Default Difference between 1 pot and 2 pots on rear?

Hi been told most of the impreza braking is done with the front brakes. So if both were in top nick with the best pads and discs how much would i notice between 1 pot and 2 pot on the rear?

I am no expert, but i have found my brakes operate with the middle foot pedal!
