you're going to need to move the exhaust exit there tone to fit the diffuser.

That looks okay but I would run it further forward too so that the change of angle is enclosed - otherwise it will work like the HTA rear mounted parachutes and just get ripped off.

yup i did see thepotential prob of exhaust, was thinking i could mount it so it fits inside the diffuser ,dont rearly want a side exit. do you think that would interfear with air flow :S

when you say more forward, do you mean more under the car? do u think a steeper angle would be better?

I moved my exit exit out through the bumper so as to avoid spoiling the line across the back and avoid cutting it. It also acts like a blown diffuser like the F1 boys have.

Yes extend it further forwards so that there is some flat section before it sweeps upwards.

The angle is probably too steep as it is but depends on what wing/s you are using on the rear of the car and their proximity to the diffuser exit. If anything I would say make it shallower.

cheers dunc will look in to that, maybe a side exit would be easier

The doors are completly bare no bolt holes for hinges catchs, handle, so iv started cutting doors about

the edges still need triming, the body shop will be doing that.

Because iv done away with all the boot hindges an springs/catches an de-skined the boot, iam making the boot re-movable so iv set about with quick release springs at the bottom an droped down over pins at the top.

bit more weight saving

nice

have you done away with boot lock and associated skin?

I was looking at doing so but compromised any just removed the reenforment / internal skin of boot lid but kept latch and associated skin and hinges as I intend using the car on the road, and to travel to jobs so need the boot space

Simon
