Default will a z4 ecu fit :-)

hello can someone help ,have 94 wrx classic and was wondering if a z4 ecu will plug straight in . if so would it need mapping to suit thanks all

Plug straight in and enjoy another 20BHP and a touch more boost.
No need to remap. Infact the map inthe Z4 is alot better and safer then the map in the earlier ECU (Either a 2C, U8 or W6).

its a 2c ,excellent news , any good recommendations on were to get a remap done at some point just waiting on some 550cc injectors before i book it in wherever ,i heard esl are good

ESL is the only option IMO for that age car with a std ECU..........

well trading in the old ecu for z4 will that give me better tuning options than std

Nope, if you are going for the ESL live map for the 550's with the ESL daughter board it doesn't matter whether it's a Z4 or 2C.
The difference bwteen the 2 ECU is only the map which you over-ride with the ESL module.
