Nice.

What's the spec?

I've been considering one of these to replace the FSTi.

Very nice, would be a toss up between one of these and an RS6 as a family car if I had the money. My brothers friend bought one with a similar spec after an Audi R8 and a Bentley, it was stolen from outside his house in central London within a month of buying it, 2 weeks later his neighbours was lifted as well, neither of them were ever seen again.

Could be. There is a big market in China for new Range Rovers, when you buy them new you have to sign a contract with JLR promising not to sell it for 6 months. The salesman was telling me I would at least double my money if I exported it to China straight away!

Crikey, I didn't realise that.

I was only thinking of Macedonia. A few years ago David Beckham had a BMW X5 stolen. Turned up as Macedonian minister's car!

It is will be sad to see it go, the kids have loved it, mainly the tv's in the back! It's deceptivly quick and quite good on fuel getting 32 mpg, but it's just lacking that excitement factor, plus it's a pain to park unless I have the kids and can use the parent and child spaces!

That's nice, but I was recommended not to get a 2.5 by someone who knows more about these things than me, was going to speak with the dealer about this one today and if it's still available try and go to see it tomorrow.

Was going to use the BMW as well as the Range Rover but after 6 months didn't use it once, it's also a Champagne Edition 2 which was the run out for the E39 5 series only 250 ever made and I think less than 100 remaining. It's got a full BM service history and receipts for every tyre and brake change also all done by BMW. Less than 100,000 miles and absolutely mint condition. I thought if I kept it a while to may become an appreciating asset.

The range Rover looks lovely. My business partner has just taken delivery of one, although a diesel, but surprisingly quick and a massive step forward over his last RR sport. The V8 must be a beast.

Good luck with the hunt for a scoob

Mines the v8 diesel it leaves the v6 diesel for dead! It's the speed it gets from 50-120 that's mind blowing (on a track obviously)
