Just read this,as a novice how do they police this?

For an example-Section 3 ..2) No racing/speed records.
Section 8 `must be capable of controlling the vehicle`

Have they not watched youtube?

They do not.

Unless you toot at them at the barrier, they dont like this at all do they Nige

They also do not like oversized front towing eyes either..

I am sure its something they put up to cover themselves in case of an accident.

In the past four years we have not had any trouble, a part from Nige pissing off the barrier staff.
