Default Bonnet pinging open at high speed

The bonnet on my STi has pinged open twice in the last week, both times at high speed. Never happened previously. I've had a look and can't see anything amiss. Any ideas on a simple fix ?,thanks.

Yeah slow down a bit. Also try looking and see if the locking ring has moved at all?

Hi Mate, good to hear from you. Slowing down is not really an option . Will check the locking nut tomorrow, assume that's on top of the catch?
