Wink Worzel & Nige 2 (Following Miss Daisy)

I know it's embarrasingly slow

But those who have watched the first vid and seen Nige very near going off as slow speed will realise just how slippery it was out there that morning. There was no way we were going for it in a million years.

The worst thing about it for me, is that this is still my only lap of the ring in 2 visits! This year will be different though.

Anyway, sit back, relax, maybe eat a 3 course meal, while watching me and Nige crawl around the last half of the ring.

Things to watch out for this time....

13 seconds in, you will just about see Martyn stood on the bank at Adenau Bridge in the pissing rain, taking video on his camera.

1.35: We are overtaken by the first of 2 ring taxis, one of which had Sabine Schmidt driving (the second one) they ain't hanging about.

1.55: Nige waving good bye to Sabine out of his window (you'll need fullscreen to see it) fookin funny moment.

4.45: Apart from the very last bit of straight, me and Nige only overtook one vehicle. Poor old Homotorcyclist! And we thought it was slippery!

Enjoy

Mate, there was shed loads of it out there.

I know we have joked about how slow the lap was, but it was not clever out there at all.

That bike we overtook must have had a brown saddle at the end of that lap!

Its definately all about the tyres matey. I did somewhere between 10:20 and 10:30 in the dry on the Friday, but from the time on the vid Nige took as a passenger, i managed a 11:20 in the wet.

You spend all that money on R888's and all you get is a load of rain! (and road noise for the journey )

I will still be 888's and hope for the best! If I had the room, I would take my spare wheels.
