Default Pizza

Please Note: This post has been ok'd as a non-trader status advertising post

Hi guys,

I am opening my own small pizza restaurant/takeaway in the next couple of weeks.
I am focusing on using amazing local produce ( I even make my own fresh mozzarella from raw milk everyday/make and cure my own pepperoni etc..)

One pizza is stupidly hot though....if anyone can eat the whole 10" pizza they get their Polaroid taken and it goes onto my Wall of Flame!

Had a couple of friends over last night for pizza, we all tried a slice....
Lucky..you gonna try it Saturday night???

Please pop down when I open guys and say hello.

Thanks Andy.
I love hot stuff but this pizza is too much for me, it will be interesting to see how many people can eat the whole thing....

I can vouch for the fact that they are fantastic pizza's, a milllion miles from domino's etc. I wont be trying the sizzler though!!!. Good luck with it Paul. You deserve to do really well and it couldnt happen to a nicer guy.

I was thinking guys....if you want to come down, can I suggest a Monday night? I am closed on Mondays so that means you guys will have the place to yourselves and you can also then come into the kitchen and all have a go at making your own pizzas etc..

Just a thought, let me know when you fancy it.

Paul

Thanks Munk, there is a load of parking around. There is even a little carpark almost opposite that I am sure is free.

I do need a fire extinguishe..
Please call me tomorrow mate.
I am toying with the idea of making the Sizzler a bit less hot..... nobody has eaten more than me...and that's only a slice!

Made me laugh Saturday night, one lad thought he could do it, and after half a slice legged it down the road to the co op and downed a pint of milk

I look forward to laughing at you...haha...seriously though mate...when you come down make sure you come with someone that can drive you back because you won't be in any state to drive back.

Are any guys interested in a SES night at my pizza place? Maybe mid-Feb? I can seat 12-16 people.

How does Wednesday 15th February sound for a SES pizza night? If so shall we start a list here?
I think 15 is the limit as it's only a small place.

And surely there is one member of this site that has the cojones to give the Sizzler a right good go.......haha.

Hey guys,

What date do you suggest for a pizza night at mine? Any Tuesday-Thursday is best for me but I can do any night..

Be great to have you guys down.

I can seat up to 15ish people BTW.
