Julia's Dad has the dreaded 'C' and we don't know where we are until they sort a treatment plan. We have got to know Reading Hospital quite well. Thanks for the thoughts Mate.

Any more names, as need to start thinking about getting deposits (£5 per person) and the numbers firmed up with the venue.

CANCELLED

Due to poor numbers and the need to book the venue/confirm total numbers,I regretfully have decided to cancel the SES christmas meal.

All those that sent a deposit will receive it back in their paypal account in a few minutes.

Most of those on the Christmas meal list are attending RCM, so I except we can all gather in a pub sometime during the day to make up for the loss of this event.

Cheers........

Don't get why you have cancelled when you had 14 people going ?
Would have though that sort of number would have been not to many and about right to have a nice time !

Such a tough time of year I guess. Loads going on and if anyone is like me at the moment it also comes down to priority cost wise aswell. But really looking forward to seeing everyone on 10th. However, a big thank you to Scott for at least trying to arrange something.

Only 7 members though of a club of how many ???
5 of these attendee's being Moderators/Admin.

The descision was based on this, and the fact that eveyone has alot of things on car related, work related and family related at this time of year.
The RCM trip will be a good substitue.
