Thats the administration building

Yes you can get in. We went into the building behind with the tower, there was some graffiti artist in the main hall doing there stuff, really impressive.

As we came out, we noticed there was a traffic car parked next to ours and when we drove out we saw that all the artist had been kicked out

Wow! What a surprise Cath! Thought you were going to a pub!

Used to visit Hellingly in an official capacity regularly since 1982, and have documented the place going to rack and ruin. Got lots of photos from the old days, including from top of the water tower!

Fantastic place. There are lots of urban explorer teams who do night visits - quite scary, apparently!
