Exclamation Japbash 2011

It is with a very heavy heart that I am having to call time on Japbash.

Due to business commitments, I am no longer able to spend the amount of time needed to organise a meet of this size.

I would like to thank everyone for their support over the 5 years the meet was held. And the hard work that was put in by the team.

If however a group of people out there want to take over the organisation of this meet, please make yourselves known. I will be only too glad to help point you in the right direction, give you contact details and information etc.

Thats a big shame Mr Worzel.

It wont be the same without you the event has certainly grown, year on year and it will a shame if the Japbash doesnt take place this year, youve made the Japbash the success it is.

I am more than willing to help anyone that takes this on.

Well done Mr. Worzel !!!

Just to bring people up to speed. A group of Samaritans are on the case now and are working on getting this happening.

I'm sure the people who are taking this on will post up at some point soon to fill everyone in.

So fingers crossed, it looks like it will happen

At least for once you will be able to enjoy the day for what it is rather than running around organising everything.

Indeed I will.

But in fairness, there were half a doze people who did a lot of running around, especially on the day itself. Most of my stuff was organising in the run up.
