Default fpr install

Iv just been given a fuellab afpr and want to know how to install it..1st off I need the adapter so where would I get 1 and are they expensive??
Is there a method to setting the pressure and what is the pressure..im running 380cc injectors
iv never fitted one of theses so any advice would be very welcome..

we carry the fuel rail adaptors in stock...........as well as everything else

fuel pressure is ideal around 3BAR with vac dis-connected and once in its normal state pressure will show approx 2.6BAR at std idle
