Default Blue Citroen Saxo Detail

Well its really a few more steps but provides an excellent finish for off the shelf products, i havent taken any process or before pics but ive got some final ones, i used this system when i first started detailing but gradualy i started buying more specific products online.

Products

Meguairs quick clay kit
Meguairs paint cleaner *step 1*
Meguairs deep crystal polish *step 2*
Meguairs carnauba wax *step 3*
Any hard wax

Process

Wash the car with a wax free shampoo and rinse off
Use megs quick clay kit
Wash the car again and dry using a terry towel or similar
Apply step 1 and buff off once dry but dont let it bake on
Apply step 2 and buff off once dry but dont let it bake on
Apply step 3 and buff off once dry but dont let it bake on
Add a layer of hard wax then buff off once hazed, add as many layers as you like but adding the hard wax prolongs the finish.

Step 1 helps fill or mask any swirls and helps prepare the paint for polish and waxing

Step 2 creates a deep gloss coat and also helps with swirl reduction

Step 3 creates a protection layer and helps protect the finish.

you dont have to clay or use hard wax but it gives a better and longer lasting finish, also the wax gives a wet look to the car

heres the after pics
