Picked up a new one off ebay cheap. Heated both up in the oven, cut through and removed all the glue and swapped them over then sealed with some silicone.
Reinstalled and looks fine.
Just need to sort out the mess of wiring and multiple relays that have been used for the headlights now.

Great job, I've got morettes too and I dread the day I get a cracked lens, just can't get hold of the genuine valeo lenses these days. Great to know there's a decent workaround
