Default Proud Mum Moment

Just to let you know that Shannon who is 8 (some of you have met her) , has got her orange belt with a first pass.

I think she has done incredibley well, as she only started Karate in april and at this rate I think she will be black belt in a years time

And Paul she be coming to kick your ass any time soon

She was just under 10 when she won the title (youngest in group), now about to turn 11 on wednesday
