Got sent home...
Work decided to close today at 12:30 due to adverse weather, what is the world coming too.
They normally say if you want to leave early you can, but you must make the time up. Today they said "e are locking up at 1:30pm", so had little choice but to come home and play in the snow with the kids

I work nights for a very large pharmaceutical distribution company, and I got told today, because all the flights had been cancelled and couriers could not get to us, the site had no choice but to shut. abit of snow and look what happens, all I can say is how does Canada cope with their 3 feet of snow plus every year?

I got sent home due to the fact that all my airports that i work within were shut airside.
So we all got sent to the local pub  On the way home we built a snow man had a snow ball fight and bundled my mate into someones front garden head first into deep snow. HAPPY DAYS
