Default Sqn Ldr - Active duty status confirmed... again

I lasted 9 months, 10 days and a few hours, but in that time I realised how much the Impreza had become a part of my life. How sad is that, or am I an enthusiast?

So... say hello to 'Greenhawk' (AKA The Emerald Thunderceptor) my very very very early 40th birthday present! (well part of it is, I've got to pay for the rest) and my 3rd Impreza in almost 8 years. Not the best pics as the light was fading and the camera's flash is rubbish.

And a mighty fine wagon it is too.

Wait until I tell Chocks the Squadron Leader is back in the saddle. I'm sure there may be a little drop of wee in his excitement!

Hi Cath

As Sqn Liaison Officer, I can reveal that deception was necessary in this case due to the importance, tactically, of maintaining "fructis normalis" around everyday Squadron operations. Such an exciting development in Squadron annals could have led to anarchy, frustration, nobbly knees, and other conditions, should it have become common knowledge before "full measures" were in place.

Key personnel might have been distracted from their important duties and excitement might have risen to a fever pitch, allowing our foes to gain advantage.

I am sure you will understand...........................
