Default Sian & Nick
I have received a message from Nick (Blue Bugeye) this morning, informing me of the terribly sad news that his partner Sian's daughter Alice, sadly passed away on Sunday afternoon.

All of us at SES would like Nick & Sian to know that they are firmly in our thoughts at this sad time and without doubt are there for whatever you may need us for. We all wish you the best.

Below is some of the message that Nick sent to me.

Sian and I would like you to put a post on the site for us.

We'd like to let all the friends we have made know what happened at the weekend, some of our closer friends already know.

As the guys who were at the Sussex meet on Sunday will know I was there alone as Alice (Sian’s 8 year old daughter) was taken ill Sat night and she'd been taken to hospital that morning. There was nothing that could be done due to the nature of the illness (pneumococcal septicaemia) there was nothing they could do for her and she passed away that afternoon. Could you let the members know and tell them that at some point in the future we will be looking for their help in someway to remember her and raise money for a local children’s hospice (Chestnut tree house, Arundel).

Somewhere in the very near future, our events organiser StevePPP will be announcing a fund raising event for the Chestnut Tree Childrens Hospice, which I am sure will be very well supported by not only SES but the Subaru Community as a whole.

Once again Nick & Sian, our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family and you are in our thoughts.

I can't imagine what Sian and Nick are going through but
what I do know is that my children are my life and
for them to taken away so suddenly would be just awful!!

What a tragic loss our little girl is 9 and we can only imagine the hurt so so sorry for you.
