Just a question, and not holding anyone to anything, but roughly what time do you guys reckon we will leave RCM in the afternoon?. Just so I can make plans or not as the case may be for the evening.

When I go to RCM it's the ONLY time I never tell my Mrs what time I expect to arrive back home
I have often left RCM's in the dark.

I arrived at their old place at 1.15am one night lol ......... bless 'em. Olly & Matt were still up as they knew I was on the way (my map sensor went at Silverstone).

I turned up with a mate and Olly had already sorted & paid for hotel, breakfast and P1 was ready at 10.30 the following morning.

I'm going to RCM on the 10th even though Claire's booked the works dinner (she's organised it this year) for the same day

Should be home in time, if not, I've still had a good day and I'll see her when She gets home

The P1 engine is well on it's way now

Hear are the heads, block and the new RCM Omega pistons.




















They are flat out with the thing and it will be great if it's ready on the 10th.

I really hope it's done as that will mean I don't have to sit next to James for another 2.5 hours home bound. His animal impressions are extremely good and but after 2 hours of listening to elephants, chimpanzees & the rest of Africa's fooking residents, my ears have had enough and I don't know what month I'm in.
