Default Not boosting

Hi I'm hoping for a bit of advice, PLEASE, I have just got myself a scooby impreza classic and am having a big problem coz it won't boost, I've tried so much and am now out of ideas, here's a list of what I've done any other suggestions?? .... New boost solenoid, platinum plugs, new actuator all airpipes checked, turbo checked, penny in waste gate checked and new crank shaft sensor????

to SES,

Did you read the fault codes from the ECU or try to reset it?, also what scooby classic have you bought, there are quite a few.. best bet would be to take it to a local specialist.
