Default Power gain from fitting decat up pipe and stainless headders ?

I've just ordered a decat up pipe and a set of stainless headders for my newage sti I know I will need a remap after fitting them but I was just wondering what sort of power gain I should expect from them and are there any other benefits from fitting them ?

Better spool if the headers are decent ones.

Probably worse spool, tubular headers are only needed over 400bhp, best under 400 would be ported and 'Harvey' up-pipe. Tubular headers generally have too large a bore so the exhaust gases flow slower.

Spool will stay the same ish as your taking a Catt out but adding volume . Tourque will go up along with bhp . Plus Tourque will be higher with tubular as a result of volume pre turbo over standard with a decat ,so it's a ying & yang
More important which make of headers ?

cant see the link for some reason?? but if they are GT2 spec/RCM style then you will benefit from a properly designed up-pipe, particularly below 450bhp

Thanks. Headers in the link look to be the real deal. Very good price better than trade.
But not trick uppipe as Alyn mentions above which is worth doing for earlier spool.
