Just wondered what kind of price defi gauges are going for now, with sensors and control box, not selling yet just trying to find out what prices they go for. Looked on ebay ect and prices vary really. Cheers guys and girls

I'm not sure but seen a few go between £350-£500 but it is up to what price you want to put them up for as they come complete with everything .

I would say about £200 then

On a more serious note, if they come with the ATI/Defi centre pod then usually go for £450 - £600 (the upper figure being illumination colour/face colour dependant).

If they are just gauges/sensors then around £350 would be considered good value/about right.

If any sensors are missing then that hits price quite bad.

It also makes a difference to what they are. Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature would sell better then Water Temperature.

I've not used the BF (Smoked Glass/Stealth) ones but I would be concerned about their clarity in daylight/sunlight as having had a 'cheaper' alternative with a BF style (in my Hawkeye STI which has BF/stepper speedo/rev counter) you could not see them in sunlight. They just acted like mirrors.

In order of value I would say :

1. White faced/green illumination & STi Genome
2. Black face/Red illumination
3. Black face/green illumination
4. BF (smoked glass)

Sorry Ian I thought they were red dials but they are actually white, I have no idea if you can change the colour. I don't know much about them all I know is they work fine, I got them from a friend, he blew his engine and needs funds to fix it, was gonna fit em in the blob but not to sure now, here's a couple of pics any way. It could take me a while to I wire them all so bare with me. I have never wired these things in befor let alone taken them out.

If you wire them up to the lights so that when you put your lights on the will turn red that's if they are white/red illum .

I paid 450 for mine, with a carbon pod, they are red dials on black faces, but light up green/red with the lights on, I later sold the carbon pod and replaced with ATI one, they are nice gauges and match the UK green dials nicely.

Nearly bought another water and egt gauge to go with them last week but they where not cheap!

Gonna stick these ones up for sale I think, they also have peak written on them which light up blue above the red light if that makes any difference, if they don't sell I'll be putting them in my blob. First dibs go to big E, I know you wanted the red ones and like Scotty said these could possibly light up red when connected to the lights, I'm really not clued up on these gauges. Will be looking in the regon £450 like ginola paid, I have all sensors, wires ect and control box.
