Default Speaker Size Front & Rear Doors MY00 Wagon?

Hi ya

I had a little search to try and find this out but alas I found nothing.

So the question is, what size speakers can the front and rear doors of my UK year 2000 wagon accommodate? If anybody knows the diameter and depth that would be great.

Thanks

I believe standard equipment is 16cm, for fronts.

you can fit from 13cm to 17cm using adaptors and or spacers.

16cm is the easiest fitment Its been a while since my classic so I maybe wrong

Spacers can be made from MDF, sealing them with some coats of varnish or similar to waterproof first, or use the speaker covers that come with the speakers. Remove the mesh /grilles and use the cover as the spacer

Not sure on the rears, never had a wagon

13 it is and go for components as they are the best way to produce optimum sound, bigger the wattage speaker, bigger the magnet and back, so as people have said you will need bigger spacers, if you get stuck just pop round buddy.
