piece of cake,
Unclip the surround around the door handle,Don't undo the screw in the door handle recess.
Remove the electic window switch and locate the screw/bolt inside,
Thats it i think, Start at the bottom right corner and slowly unpop,
The card itself also clips inside of the window groove,
Seriously sounds alot harder than it is, just take your time, it should all pop off nicely, as for changing the speakers you may need to buy a adapter kit from sumwhere if you fancy upgrading size etc
Refitting is simple, align from the top first, making sure it slots into the window groove then slowly push it back on and finaly do up bolts/screws.
Any probs give me a shot n i can pop over n show you if needed

Nick I have managed to get a pair of Alpine 13cm units, fitted using 2 screws at present, using original mounts, will get the Autolead adaptors off fleabay as they are cheaper there than halfrauds. Part no 2840
