Hks ssqv bov

Hi there, I have a Hks ssqv blow off valve,

iv had it for around 2 months, was working fine for that time, then about a week ago I was driving on a very wet morning and it seems to have stopped working, iv just taken it off and checked it, seems ok, adjusted to see if it made a difference but none.

Now I think the valve is opening the first stage of dump but not the second because it doesnt "chirp" anymore.

Any ideas would be great.
