Nige, get as many pics of the internals as possible mate.

so that when they are splattered all over the underside of your bonnet, at least then you will roughly what they were and where they came from.

Looking good mate

How long you got

The quick version is....... He had some serious traumas while getting mapped, with the Evo trying to play "Buckarooo" on the rollers.

He's nearly back on track with it.

It will be a proper monster to be honest, especially as he has now got the clutch to handle it all.

Not sure mate, the slave cylinders are mounted in the same place and are both push type, worth checking before you get too far putting it back together.

Checked & fitted as per instructions to the very letter Tone. The fork is wrong on Paul's box + the bleed nipple is on the bottom of the slave on Paul's & obviously should be on the top. Jimmy got the arm & the bleed nipple the wrong way & the only way to correct Paul's would be box off again! Lets hope the clutch is fitted correctly as once fitted there is no warranty.

Ha! Ha! he's so funny. He even had a catheter in & could not look at the nurse's for to long as a plastic tube down your end @ his age {get's hard at a puff of wind} leads to even more pain

If you look at the pic with the DB5 in it. At the top right you can see a white Evo 6 parked front end in thats James Rumsey's x runaround before the fast Datsun. That 6 is running 850bhp with child seats inthe back of it!

Out early this am trying to get some mile's on the car + setting up the suspention. Mike the engine builder wants me to do some road work 1st then rollers. So i picked the car up yesterday & drove to Ashford ish then to Jaffa's for it's MOT. Then on to Brighton, board, board, & even more BOARD. Why is it when your out for a bit of fun you cant find any. When your not wanting any there's the M3 & Audi lot wanting to have a go. It's so bloody frustrating when you cant i hate it! Today the car is on the rollers at JRM to finish running in & to Map tweak. New oil & filter & then PLAY TIME

Today didnt go that well as James forgot his lead for the Motec. So boost checked & turned down to 1.8bar Just untill i get back from Germany. Engine is still tight & running a tad rich still made 430ish bhp & 370ftlb torque. That will do for now just to get some miles on the new engine. Car feels good & i have not been takeing it easy on the twistybits. The thing stick's like a limpet. I dont think i will take the Saxo now!!!!!! Ha! Ha! Scooby & Porsche Bashing + the odd Skull thingy bring on the Ring
Oh a few pic's to, sorry just off the phone cam.

430bhp at the wheel circa 550bhp at the fly and safe, that sticks like glue should see round the ring in a jiffy.

Nice job Nige. Looks like its spooling fairly well as well for a dustbin sized turbo.
