Default td04 turbo squeeling

hi all .i have a small problem with turbo squeal at low revs and boost . sounds terrible but im not losing any boost pressure or smoking that i can tell when i plant my right foot to the floor .any ideas ,also wanting to upgrade turbo to go with my supporting mods ,front inter cooler ,decat down pipe decat up pipe and manifold ,hks dragon rear box ,at the moment any ideas what turbo would be best ,tdo5 was in mind ,but is there anything else available without doing any major internal work ,car is a 94 wrx wagon import .thanks for looking any advise will be great ,flat four for ever

Whistling noise? That's boost creep and is completely normal. all td04's do it.

Turbo depends on what final power you want.

Its more of a fan belt squeal but from the turbo , looking for 350+ ideally forgot to mention has Walbro fuel pump with the other supporting mods
