Default Gearbox specialist..?

I've noticed the gearbox on my Cupra R is a bit noisey in 3rd gear (common Cupra problem) I'm going to change the oil to fully synthetic to see if this helps, if not, does anyone know of any good gearbox specialists in the area? I know of Bexhill gearboxes but my Scooby had its box refurbed twice by them and still went pop and had to be completely replaced in the end.
Any pointers would be great.

Had my last gearbox done at a place called AMG in Hastings, pig to find but did a good job and cheaper than Bexhill Gearboxes.

Just spoke to amg and they ideally want the box removed from the car and taken to them separately!?

It's a few years ago since they did mine and I just dropped the car off with them, things have obviously changed. I did speak to Bexhill gearboxes at the time but they had already put new 1st and 2nd sychros in it under a warranty job for SLM and then it needed a load of bearings replaced at 54K so not sure what had happened so thought I'd try somewhere else.

Quick Google Search came up with these guys but a bit out of the way in Crawley

Why?

I've had dealings with them before, and they did take there time but it wasn't there fault, well that's what I was told..

To be fare to them if they have to order new parts its through Cullverwells, and this is when problems can occur, Subaru dont always have the parts in the UK

My Scooby had problems after Bexhill gearboxes refurbed it, went back twice and still lost 3rd gear.
