I purchased this off someone a while ago (3 years) when they decided to break their car up and I knew mine would let go eventually so a couple of years later mine started to slip and I went to put the replacement on.
The seller said it had done little wear and tear as hasn't been on the car long a helix uprated clutch and lightened billet fly wheel. Here are pictures of the clutch and fly wheel. Clutch ![]() And fly wheel. ![]() When mechanic went to fit he said it was in worse condition to what I had on the car originally. So ended up buying new.. Just want your thoughts please guys thanks. To be honest something like a clutch and flywheel I would always buy new. It would be like buying a second hand cambelt kit...
Never trust someones opinion on a product they are selling unless they are trusted or known by someone you know. They will alway be biased. |

I understand what you are saying. I knew the fella that broke the car and he assured me that it had little use and as he was a friend I had no reason to doubt him and thought I had a bargain. |

I sold a clutch which when new owner looked at it they said it was worn more than they expected with the mileage it had done (I must have heavy feet) so I just refunded them and took the clutch back and those pictures make mine look like new lol
Why did they not just refund you? Simon
