Default Possible blitz around the top gear track!

My old man is a member of the TVR owners club. Him and a load of his v8mates are off to the top gear track for a charity type do where they pay twenty quid each and get to go round the track as many times as they like (within reason i guess). Only catch is that there is also a chap in a caterham who acts as a sort of pace car.

Anyway, thought this may be of interest to some of you so i'm trying to get the details together for who arranged it and how they went about it. Will keep you all posted but just thought i'd see if it'd get much interest.

Rubbish sh*t crap news! Just talked to my dad and its all been cancelled. Aparently the local council heard about it, stepped in and cancelled it due to health and safety! Sorry for getting hopes up. Will find out more later on, maybe theres something that can be done...

Regardless of the health and safety jazz, i'll do some digging. At least find out what they needed and see if it can be arranged. Maybe they could do it by upping the price a little. I'm sure it'd still get the same interest. I'll see what i can do.

Health and safety are a bunch of scrotes!

It seems to be that anything that might give most people an amount of fun means that the H&S twonks will get involved and invariably close it down.
