Money grabbing 'anchors' the lot of 'em. I'm sure it's not the only camera that's caused more accidents though! Problem with camera's is rather than subconsciously checking your speed as you would in the course of normal driving you are forced to check your speed. If you then find you have strayed even slightly over you're in a position whereby you've gotta slow/brake suddenly causing mayhem behind or risk a fine and points which is where the accidents occur

Nothing a bit of cling film accross the lens wouldnt sort out, or a spare tyre and petrol, not that I would suggest such a horrible, destructive, mindless act of vandalism, never, no no

Whilst this article made me very cross initially, after a deeper look it would appear that the rise in accidents at the spot in question is not large enough to be wholly attributable to the camera.

However, I believe they would all look more attractive with bin liners placed over them......

there are a couple of speed cameras in morden that are allways burnt out, they are on both sides of a duel carriage way where the limit is 30mph then it goes into one lane, they must of been replaced 7 or 8 times by now but as soon as there renewed a couple of days later there allways burnt out again,

makes you wonder though what the government would do if everyone managed to avoid getting cought by speed cameras, where would they make the extra money from?

motorists are just an easy target, if youve got money to run a car the government will allways find a way to get more and more out of us untill everyones priced off the road
