Anyone know whos breaking the blue blobeye in tangmere, West Sussex??

I've got my eye on a couple of bits of his on ebay too (de-spoilered wr blue bootlid and cusco rad cooling panel). The car is actually a bug that had a blob facelift front and rear - took this photo of it at Goodwood a couple of years ago.
