Would love to do that Worzel but the problem is that there are no fitting kits for the P1 splitter as i was told that they are glued on... Cheers tone, where can you get that from?

Take bumper off and drill and fix with some nice stainless steel fixings!

Thinking about getting a splitter for mine and I don't know I would feel too confident about keeping it with glue alone. I would always suggest bolting it on if at all possible, otherwise make damn sure it is well glued!

If it's a genuine P1 splitter mate you will have this stamp in the centre of the splitter
![]() and this stamp adjacent to the towing eye ![]() If you cant see both stamps, it's not a genuine P1 splitter. As mentioned by Worzel bolts are better than glue. I have grounded out many times in car parks etc and we have fabricated 4 brackets. It's rock solid now and never moves when scraping the underside on the odd occasion. |
